My Journey
I began working in climate policy and advocacy, then moved into tech to help scale climate solutions. From early roles at organizations like Sierra Club and Women Who Code to senior technical program leadership at DocuSign, TechSoup, and Fastly — I often served as “pinch-hitter,” bridging teams, building TPM systems, and aligning product with engineering. Later, as Chief of Staff at Postscript.io, I gained executive-level strategic exposure..
At a juncture when I realized the power of coaching for leadership transformation, I earned certification as a Faculty Coach at Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. Since then, mentoring, coaching, and climate-tech advising have become core to my mission
Today, based in Victoria, Canada, I spend my free time exploring the woods or skipping stones by the sea. I’m passionate about climate action, sustainable innovation, and helping people lead with integrity and purpose.
